Breda University of Applied Sciences, is an international higher education institution with about 7,000 students from over 60 countries. It is situated in the south of the Netherlands, in the city of Breda. Breda UAS was founded in 1966 as an institute offering management programmes in tourism and leisure and in this field it is the largest and leading education institution in the world. Today Breda University of Applied Sciences offers professional and academic bachelor’s and master’s programmes in the disciplines of Games & Media, Hotel, Facility, Logistics, Built Environment and Tourism & Leisure.

HAN University of Applied Sciences was established in 1996, after a merger of several other education institutes and is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands, with college sites in the cities of Arnhem and Nijmegen, in the center and east of the Netherlands. It provides 62 Bachelors courses and 19 Masters courses (in Dutch, English and German), to more than 30,000 students and hosts around 3,000 international students from over 70 different countries.

HZ University of Applied Sciences is located in the South-West of the Netherlands in the province of Zeeland. This is the most popular touristic region of the country, next to the sea with wide sandy beaches and the most hours of sun per year in the Netherlands. HZ is a small size, high quality University of Applied Sciences, with a personal approach to students. HZ has around 4,800 students divided over 23 bachelor degree programs, seven of which are taught in English. Some 500 of its students come from outside the Netherlands.

Saxion University of Applied Sciences situated in the east of the Netherlands, is one of the largest institutions of higher education in the country, with close to 27,000 students. Saxion has a rich history – its roots can be traced back to the 1875. Today Saxion University is recognized as an important centre of expertise at regional, national and international level. Its international student population tops 3,500 students, with a total of 89 different nationalities. Saxion offers 11 English language bachelor studies and 5 English language master studies.

NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences, located in the north of the country, is one of the largest institutions of higher education in the Netherlands, with 25,000 students in Holland alone. It truly is an international multi campus university and the only Dutch university, which has its own campuses abroad: Qatar, Bali (Indonesia), Bangkok (Thailand) and South Africa. Stenden currently has a worldwide international student count of more than 11.000 students from 90 different countries. In the Netherlands 15% of the students are international.

With well over 25.000 full-time and part-time students and more than two thousand staff at our college sites in the cities of Zwolle and Almere, Windesheim is one of the largest Universities of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. We are a broad-based institute with a Christian foundation, which offers a wide range of accredited bachelor's and master degree courses. Two of our bachelor programs are offered in English: “Global Project and Change Management”, a unique study only offered by us in the Netherlands and “International Business”.

Wittenborg University of Applied Sciences is a private, non state subsidized, fully accredited Dutch University of Applied Sciences. Wittenborg was established in 1987 and has campuses in Apeldoorn, Amsterdam and Vienna (Austria). We have around 600 students from more than 80 different countries studying at our 11  bachelor and 15 master programmes in English. Wittenborg’s unique “Top Up” choice, offers the opportunity for direct entry to the final year of a number of bachelor studies, to students with a similar previous study experience in Greece.
